Since this is the final post of the 2012-2013 school year, I would like to take a moment to say what an incredible year it has been. I could not have hoped for a more wonderful class, or a more fulfilling experience. This year will forever live in my heart. Thank you for all you have done to make it such a splendid success!
Students, I wish all of you a happy, relaxing summer. You've earned it! I also wish you the best of luck in third grade. You are well-prepared, and I know you're going to thrive. I'll be looking forward to seeing you next year. I expect lots of visitors to room B110!
There are just a few things to mention about this week:
Tuesday we will be watching Charlotte's Web in the auditorium and doing a comparing/contrasting activity using the book and the movie. Tuesday is also the Retirement Open House for Mrs. Shull from 4:30-6:30. Please stop by!
Wednesday is the last day of school for students. The Kona Ice Truck will be coming with some cool, tasty treats, and we'll be doing a lot of cleaning, organizing, and preparing for next year's second graders. Students are dismissed at 2:00 on Wednesday!
Again, I wish you a fantastic summer, and I'll see you around next year!
Love,
Mrs. Caito
